Great NEWS for all the BMW N54 owners – the turbos warranty have been extended to a whopping 8 years and 82,000 miles (for problems caused by wastegate).
This is on top of the HPFP 10/120k warranty that was done earlier.

All issues relating to the last-minute appeal have been resolved and the new effective date of the settlement is July 11, 2012. The court-approved settlement provides the following relief to the Settlement Class Members
